2026 Greenbrier Tip-Off Cancellation Policy

Official Fan Travel Packages (which include hotel room + game tickets) and Hotel-Only:
Official Fan Travel Package (which include hotel room + game tickets) and Hotel-Only cancellations received from the time of booking to October 31, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations received on or after November 1, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. Any requests for changes to your package after booking will be subject to availability and may include pricing differences. No changes may be made to your package after October 31, 2026.
