2024 Greenbrier Tip-Off Cancellation Policy

Official Fan Travel Packages (which include hotel room + game tickets):
Official Fan Travel Package (which includes hotel room and game tickets) cancellations received after the time of booking, but before July 15, 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a 3.5% transaction fee.  Cancellations received from July 15, 2024 to October 15, 2024 will receive a 50% refund.  All cancellations received on or after October 16, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.  Any requests for changes to your package after booking will be subject to availability and may include pricing differences.  No changes may be made to your package after October 15, 2024.

Hotel-Only Packages (which do not include game tickets):
Hotel-Only Package (which do not include game tickets) cancellations received after the time of booking, but before August 1, 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a 3.5% transaction fee.  Cancellations received from August 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 will receive a 50% refund.  All cancellations received on or after November 1, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.  Any requests for changes to your package after booking will be subject to availability and may include pricing differences.  No changes may be made to your package after October 15, 2024.
