Welcome to the official booking site for hotel-only packages for the 2025 Greenbrier Tip-Off. This site is specifically for hotel reservations at The Greenbrier Resort. All games of the Greenbrier Tip-Off will be played at historic Colonial Hall at The Greenbrier Resort, and the resort is the host hotel for all four Mountain Division teams: Virginia, Butler, Northwestern and South Carolina.

The Greenbrier Tip-Off group hotel rate at The Greenbrier Resort is $495.00/night. This price includes all of your taxes and resort fees. A credit card must be provided at check-in for all incidentals. If you reserve a room using this site, you will be added to our tournament rooming list. Simply show up on your selected check-in date, and your reservation will be on file with The Greenbrier Resort.
Any cancellations received from the time of booking to October 31, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations received on or after November 1, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. Any requests for changes to your package after booking will be subject to availability and may include pricing differences. No changes may be made to your package after October 31, 2025. Rooms in the group block can be booked here until October 1, 2025. At that time, the deadline may be extended, but only based on availability. For questions about your reservation, contact us here.
The Greenbrier offers an abundance of resort activities, providing guests with a diverse range of experiences, including championship golf courses, outdoor adventures, spa retreats, historical tours, top-rated restaurants and much more. Items such as tee times, dinner reservations, excursions and other resort activities should be booked directly with the Greenbrier Resort. These items will not be purchased on this Hotel-Only Package website. Only your hotel accommodations are purchased through this site.
After booking your Hotel-Only Package you will receive an email from The Greenbrier Resort introducing you to their team of Personal Hospitality Experts. These Personal Hospitality Experts will provide a direct hands-on communication process for you to learn about the many ways to enhance your resort experience during your stay, and they will help you secure the items and activities you’re interested in.
You should expect to receive the email from a Personal Hospitality Expert within 10-14 days following your confirmed Hotel-Only purchase.
